Engagement data: confirmed in writing per engagement
For engagement data, encryption, key management, and storage are to be confirmed in writing per engagement, with specific requirements stated in the engagement agreement, not claimed here. Where a client requires a specific provision on encryption, key management, or storage, that provision is written into the agreement for the engagement before work starts, under the Terms of Engagement. Client data rules that do apply, in every engagement
Client material is used only for its engagement. Access is limited to what the engagement requires. Client material is removed at engagement end, and is returned or deleted on the client's instruction. Client data is not sold, and client data is not used to train models.
