Who is accountable

I am the only person who handles client material unless a named contractor is agreed in the statement of work. There is no board, no committee, and no security team. What follows is who answers for what.
Ownership
Security risk is owned by the founder, Mohammad Movahedi, alone. The founder is accountable for the public site and for the engagement handling rules stated in this Trust Center. Engagement handling rules are stated in writing for each engagement, and specific security, screening, or insurance requirements for an engagement are confirmed in writing before work starts. Who handles client material
The founder handles client material. If an engagement needs another person, that person is named in the statement of work, with what they may access and for how long, before they touch anything. No unnamed team, no shared inboxes, no handoffs outside the written agreement.
Founder credentials, personal only
The founder holds, as personal credentials: ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC); CIPP/C; Lean Six Sigma coursework (LinkedIn Learning, 2022). Those credentials are personal. Policy lifecycle
Policies in this Trust Center are reviewed before publish and on change, with a dated Updates log entry for every change and old dates kept. The Updates summary is on the Trust Center hub. No annual board-approved cadence is claimed on this page, because none has been set. If a cadence is set, it will be added with its date.
